  Russ has been in the business of customer service since he could walk and talk.

  He joined the US Marine Corp before he graduated high school and left for boot camp 10 days after graduation.

  After 12 years tour of duty(ies) in the middle east he returned to the private sector with Vital Signs and is now the owner.
